When you open an account, you provide an email, phone number, and basic identity details. We verify your phone via SMS and email via confirmation link. All withdrawals require re-verification of your registered payment method before funds leave your wallet.

Password and device security

Your password is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. We use session cookies to keep you logged in on your device; you can clear cookies anytime in your browser settings or force all sessions to log out from Account Settings > Active Sessions.

Payment data handling
